The team at Greenlife Estates decided that it was time for a corporate makeover and a look at ways to make our clients’ online experience with us faster, streamlined and more efficient. So, we created a whole new website—in English and Spanish—to make that wish a reality.
You’ll notice when you land on the Greenlife Estates website home page that the contemporary scroll down structure makes it easier to discover all the information available to you. We started with a search form, because most people have arrived at Greenlife Estates looking for a property to buy or to rent.
Just below the search feature we’ve created a selection of direct links through to the highlights of our portfolio: Elviria Hills is just one of those, and if you follow the link you’ll find a page dedicated to this area, with general information about its characteristics plus the properties available in Elviria Hills. We also have links to properties in the increasingly popular New Developments section, as well as the luxury Samara Resort, plus villas and a page of properties handpicked by Greenlife for their star quality.
We’ve made our blog more prominent, with the latest posts accessible on our home page and the archived posts arranged in an easy-to-scan grid design, so our readers can find topics of interest without having to search through months of archives. The blog, as on the previous website, keeps you up to date with the latest property market trends and news, as well as highlighting Greenlife Estates developments and special properties.
The new home page ends with direct access to a selection of vital information pages. For example, there is information about tax responsibilities for property owners, plus information on all the Greenlife amenities, including the Greenlife golf course and the renowned El Lago restaurant. You’ll also be able to discover all the developments that Greenlife Estates has for sale.
Greenlife Estates’ General Manager, Massimo Filippa, says: “We hope we’ve made our website easier for you to find an ideal Marbella property and if you’d like to leave us a comment, we’d welcome your feedback. At Greenlife we always aim to learn and improve rather than stand still – and our new website is part of that growth.”
