Greenlife Estates was founded early in the 90’s as a leading estate agency in Elviria.  The founder foresaw Elviria potential for Marbella’s urban development. He put all his efforts into promoting Elviria Hills when Elviria area had not developed all its possibilities and you could still feel the effects of economic crisis.
Armando made no mistake. Since the beginning, Elviria Hills has been one of the most demanded projects by investors and clients in search of their second residence in Costa del Sol and the most iconic project in Elviria zone. Design, finishings, qualities of the materials used, spacious terraces with views, a cooling and beautiful artificial lake, an amusing 9-hole par 3 golf course and the idea of the whole complex were a landmark of housing developments design built since that time.
